ZW8-12 outdoor high voltage AC vacuum circuit breaker
ZW8-12 outdoor high-voltage AC vacuum circuit breaker is used in 12V, 50Hz three-phase power systems. It is mainly used to switch the load current, overload current and short-circuit current of rural power grids, urban power grids and small power systems. The overall structure of the product is a three-phase common box type. The three-phase vacuum arc extinguishing chamber is placed in a metal box. It uses SMC insulation material for inter-phase insulation and ground insulation. It has reliable performance and high insulation strength. The circuit breaker can be equipped with an isolation switch or anti-surge protector according to user needs. The circuit breaker can be equipped with a manual spring operating mechanism or an electric spring operating mechanism. The electric spring operating mechanism can be equipped with a wireless remote control. The circuit breaker can be combined with the corresponding intelligent controller to form an intelligent circuit breaker according to user requirements to realize distribution network automation.
Normal service conditions
1. Ambient temperature: -40°C ~+40°C
2. Altitude :≤3000m (if the altitude is higher, the rated insulation level will be increased accordingly);
3. The ambient air can be polluted by dust, smoke, corrosive gases, steam or salt spray, and the pollution level is IV;
4. The wind speed shall not exceed 34m/s (equivalent to 700Pa on the cylinder surface);
5. Vibration or ground motion from outside the switchgear and control equipment can be ignored;
6. Special conditions of use.
